Gmail brought me a request to apply for a permanent position where I'm contracting now. I haven't been invited to apply for a FTE position there since 1995. Considering my husband's in employment limbo I might actually apply: the company has an office in Toronto, and soon to have one in Vancouver. I hope the position has telecommuting options.

I'm going to go for it. I'll have to adjust and distribute my resume in six months anyway.

Edit: I sent off some docs. I apply today. I checked the salary range and it's 15% more than what I'm making now.
