His offer came today, and it's for 10% more than what he is earning. I ask him if he's going to accept, and he says "well duh!" Then he tells me his new salary and jokes: "on your next assignment, when they ask what your fee is, hold up this number and tell them 'it has to be more than this, because this is what my husband makes.'"
