end-of-month update for Laura

I lost six pounds this month. My eating habits are improved (four meals a day, 0.5 cup coffee a day if at all), and I'm strength training 3 days a week, doing mild cardio 4 days.

Don't wanna talk about my spending. I went a little overboard with supplements, but:

- I can sleep again when I wake up around 4-5 am
- I do feel less stressed
- I can fit into most of my pants now
- I lost 1.5 inches on the hips and 2 inches on the waist

I'm not done yet, but I have made a good start. MyFitnessPal keeps me going.

    @creditcardfree Thanks! Most miraculous for me is: a reduction from 2 cups of coffee a day to a half-cup every two days, or a cup of tea, and I don't eat 9oz bags of potato chips at one sitting either. Well, upping the number of pushups I can do from two to twelve was nifty too -- I am taking the baby steps. I replaced the chips with salted seeds and nuts.

    Rockin! I think I'm treading water right now on my weight loss. I gained about 15 lbs since moving. Grr.
